Alfred Molina, playing the title role in Roundabout Theatre Company's Howard Katz, will be featured on WNBC's "Sunday Morning in New York" on Sunday April 1st from 7:00-9:00AM on channel 4. Molina will also be interviewed on WNYC's "Leonard Lopate Show" on Monday, April 2nd from 1:00-1:20PM on 93.9FM and AM 820.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) presents the American premiere of Howard Katz, written by Patrick Marber, directed by Tony Award-winner Doug Hughes, featuring Max Baker as "Bern", Alvin Epstein as "Jo", Elizabeth Franz as "Ellie", Edward Hajj as "Norm", Jessica Hecht as "Jess", Patrick Henney as "Ollie", Alfred Molina as "Katz", Euan Morton as "Robin" and Charlotte Parry as "Nat".

Howard Katz is playing a limited engagement through May 6th, 2007.

"Once a powerful, hard-hearted showbiz agent, Howard Katz (Molina) has lost everything he ever valued: his career, his family and his faith.  In a series of haunting flashbacks, the play deftly traces the story of the mighty Katz, capturing a man free-falling yet determinedly clinging to life. Howard Katz is a universal story that will touch even the most cynical heart," state press materials.

Molina starred as Tevye in David Leveaux' revival of Fiddler on the Roof after making his Broadway debut in Art in 1998; he garnered Tony nominations for both performances.  Last year, he appeared at the Mark Taper Forum in The Cherry Orchard. He has appeared on screen in, among others, The Da Vinci Code, Spider Man 2, Identity, Frida, Chocolat, Magnolia, Boogie Nights, Anna Karenina, Species.

Tickets are available by calling Roundabout Ticket Services at (212)719-1300, online at www.roundabouttheatre.org or at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre box office (111 West 46th Street).   Ticket prices range from $63.75-$73.75.
