ABC is heading to the workplace with THE BIG C's Jenny Bicks.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has purchased the comedy WORK WITH JERKS from the former Showtime showrunner, and given it a script order plus penalty. BOB'S BURGERS' Wendy and Lizzie Molyneux are set to write and executive produce with Bicks.

The project "revolves around an ambitious yet often misguided woman, whose role models are Hillary Clinton and Yahoo's Marissa Mayer, who realizes she may have to rethink her professional strategy when she joins a company where she must work with all male employees."

Bicks recently wrapped THE BIG C, including the show's miniseries wrap-up, which landed its star, Laura Linney, an Emmy at this week's award ceremony. The limited event series was produced by Sony Pictures Television, and was created by Darlene Hunt, who also serves as executive producer, along with showrunner/executive producer Bicks. Linney, Vivian Cannon, Neal H. Moritz, Michael Engler and Richard Heus also served as executive producers.
