The 20th Anniversary Tour of RENT is set to play at the Century II Concert Hall in Wichita, Kansas October 30 through November 1. RENT opened on Broadway in 1996 at the Nederlander Theatre to critical acclaim. The Broadway production ran until 2008 and was nominated for ten Tony Awards with four wins for Best Musical, Best Book Of A Musical, Best Original Score, and Best Featured Actor in a Musical (Wilson Jermaine Heredia).

RENT is a re-imagining of Puccini's La Bohème and was written by Jonathan Larson. The show follows the story of seven young artists struggling to make a living in New York's East Village. With a powerful message of friendship, creativity, and hope, RENT reminds its audiences to focus on what really matters- love.

The talented cast features Skyler Volpe as Mimi Marquez, Kaleb Wells (Rock of Ages) as Roger Davis, Jasmine Easler as Joanne Jefferson, AaRon Harrington as Tom Collins, Katie LaMark as Maureen Johnson, Danny Harris Kornfeld (Wringer) as Mark Cohen, and David Merino as Angel.

The creative team is led by tour director Evan Ensign, choreography by Tony Award-nominated Marlies Yearby, costume design by Angela Wendt, set design by Paul Clay, and set design adaptation by Matthew Maraffi.
