Telling Stories and Making Salad is a one-woman comedy show where a large salad is prepared and stories are told - vegetables washed and cut, salad dressing made, and everyone is given a bowl at the end. It does what it says on the tin. It's a hybrid stand-up comedy/experimental theatre piece, a salad of styles if you like. Many topics will be explored and many vegetables cut. It will feel like being at your mates for dinner, hopefully. I want to create a warm, open atmosphere where you can tell me if you hate my salad, and I won't be offended. Together we will create a wonderfully silly storytelling event where we can laugh, eat and be merry.
