Harold Pinter, one of the UKs most performed playwrights,Nobel Prize winner and CBE, has died at the age 78. He has been ill for some time with lung cancer. Terrible news for his family on Christmas Day
At the Boxing evening performance of 'No Mans Land' at the Duke Of Yorks Theatre, the company, lead by Michael Gambon, payed tribute to the plays writer. Sir Gambon read a speech from the play that Harold Pinter had asked him to read at his funeral.
