Following the sell-out success of ‘Housewives of the 1950s', PapaC Productions is proud to present RECIPE FOR A PERFECT WIFE - a darkly comic peek beneath the glossy veneer of the picture perfect world of the 1950s housewife.

In 1950s England, every woman worth her salt wants to be the perfect wife - and the new hit television show 'Recipe for a Perfect Wife' is putting them through their paces! Will they rise to the challenge with the grace of a twice-baked soufflé? Or will the competition prove stiffer than a Tom Collins. Your hosts are waiting to show you a rip-roaring time so come on down to the studio, sing along to your favourites from the hit parade and help us crown ‘Britain's Best Wife'.

PapaC Productions - www.papacproductions.wordpress.com - is a young, vibrant theatre company dedicated to producing modern classics alongside exciting new writing. Their last production ‘Clam & Honey/Baby', performed at the White Bear Theatre received 4 and 5 star reviews: "Exciting and surreal double bill" " Remotegoat; "These are two plays that must be seen "Fringe Review; "brilliant young cast and director " Londonist; "intimate and thought provoking theatre " The British Theatre Guide.

Director Nadia Papachronopoulou has gone from strength to strength since completing the King's Head Directorship programme, where she assisted (among others) Toby Young & James Robert Carson. She has directed productions at the Hen & Chickens Theatre, White Bear Theatre, Tristan Bates Theatre and of course, the King's Head Theatre.
