Mister Lincoln, a one-man show written by Herbert Mitgang and directed by José Carrasquillo, features Scott Bakula portraying President Abraham Lincoln. The play offers a unique glimpse into Lincoln's life as he transitions from a prairie lawyer and anti-slavery advocate to the President of the United States, highlighting his personal reflections during pivotal historical moments, including the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Performances will run from September 20 to October 13, 2024, at Ford’s Theatre.
