The Dance Centre’s popular Discover Dance! noon series features an exciting new dance theatre work by Dance//Novella. Founded by former Ballet BC artists Racheal Prince and Brandon Lee Alley, the company has quickly gained a reputation for bold and theatrical creations. Night is the Mother is inspired by dreams: it follows six characters (Bryn Bridgen, Kiera Hill, Yuha Tomita, Juan Duarte, Will Jessup, and Tara Williamson Campbell) as they band together and try to survive in a fantastical landscape of shifting realities. There will be an artist talkback after the show.
