The Grand Theatre's 2026 High School Project will present School of Rock, directed by Lezlie Wade, featuring music direction by Matthew Atkins and choreography by Julius Sermonia. This production invites students from the London area to participate in a unique opportunity to not only perform but also play live music on stage, enhancing the show's dynamic experience. Based on the popular 2003 film, the story follows Dewey Finn, a wannabe rock star who poses as a substitute teacher, inspiring his class of straight-A students to become a rock band. The show will run from September 22 to October 3, 2026, with an opening night on September 25.
