LATIN JAZZ BRUNCH LIVE BACK AT THE CLF!!! Sat Dec 06 (1pm-6pm) - Latin Jazz Brunch Live, continues and we've pulled out the stops and seriously upped our game as we presents the UK's leading Cuban Son, Salsa, and Latin jazz band Sarabanda x 35 piece band Orquesta Estelar Cuban Big Band (Live) + DJ John Armstrong at our New Clf Art Lounge Pop Up, G/F Mountview. Maximum Scorchio!!

Expect another righteous lunchtime/early afternoon session where we come together, eat, drink and be seriously, joyfully entertained. With food (this event) supplied by PATIO PIZZA available all day long, you know where to come.

The only way to start your Saturday. Ohhhhh yah!

SARABANDA (LIVE)

Sarabanda are an authentic Cuban Son, salsa, and latin jazz band, based in London Sarabanda (previously known as Soneando) are usually a five piece band who play Cuban Son and Salsa with a serious groove. Pianist Sara McGuinness sought out musicians with a passion for Cuban music old and new to form the band. The result is a powerful quintet with a far bigger sound.

ORQUESTA ESTELAR CUBAN BIG BAND (LIVE)

Orquesta Estelar is a community-based Cuban big band which includes over 25 members (and still growing!). We are proud to be a SOAS Union society and part of the vibrant SOAS community. The band play a range of Cuban and salsa repertoire from 40s classics through to contemporary hits.

Orquesta Estelar is led by the formidable team of Sara McGuinness, Elpidio Alegria, Bill Bland and Jimmy Martinez and are a mix of professional, semi-professional and amateur musicians. The band is a great way to learn about Cuban music performance, and have a lot of fun doing so.
