Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Chilwell, Notts November 2025 at The Garage Chilwell

Funhouse Comedy brings a night of laughter to The Garage, Chilwell (Barton’s) Nottingham on Friday November 28th.

Topping the bill is the laid back and sharp Canadian Darryl Purvis, known for his quick wit and relatable storytelling he dives into everyday reflections and unique observations on life’s absurdities

Opening the night will the intelligent and likeable Nick Doody who whilst still a student, supported Bill Hicks on his final tour of the UK, on Bill’s request. Very popular on the comedy circuit he also writes for many popular TV comedy shows including 8 Out Of Ten Cats, Have I Got News For You, Rude Tube and for a variety of guests on Mock the Week. His perceptive wit and sharp retorts are delivered with mesmerizing warmth.

Completing the line-up is the cheeky and cheerful Eddy Midgley with his relatable storytelling and fast moving set.

Compere for the night will be ‘Brummie’ Andy White. With his mad afro and daft voices he delivers a mix of topical and observational humour. His energetic persona can change from cheeky and upbeat to deadpan, without a flinch.
