Clique Bait is a bold and dramatic musical that explores themes of prejudice, resilience, and justice. At the heart of the story is Nini, a young Chinese student who arrives in London with high hopes of studying her undergraduate at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D). She quickly learns that while initial welcomes may seem warm, the reality of acceptance is far more complicated. Her once friends betray her, and what starts as subtle hostility soon escalates into targeted harassment. When betrayal strikes from within her own community, Nini is forced to fight back with the help of unlikely allies.
