The Circus Project Announces December Fundraiser

It's been 10 years since The Circus Project, became a charity. To celebrate all of the wonderful things they have achieved in this decade they are organising a fundraising event this December. The event will run on Sunday the 7th of December, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm at Hangleton Community Centre, Harmsworth Crescent, Hove, BN3 8BW.

This fundraiser will help us continue to provide our services in the Brighton and Hove area, but in addition we are looking to put some funds aside to produce a new show with The Brighton and Hove Youth Circus.

The event will be split, with the initial hour offering taster workshops for adults and children. The workshops will include Yoga, Tightrope and other aerial skills.

The second part of the evening will show a cabaret of performances from our adult students, Brighton and Hove Youth Circus, our fabulous instructors and some special guests. During the cabaret we will break for a raflle where patrons can win some prizes, including:
- Experience day vouchers for 2 at The National Centre of Circus Arts,
- Leather Trapeze Boots by The Swinging Cat,
- Vouchers for classes with The Circus Project,
- A voucher for a 1-2-1 Yoga Class with Gwyneth Curtis,
- Komedia Tickets,
- A framed Catherine Hiley 'Nights at the Circus' Print,
and MUCH MUCH MORE!

Finally the evening will end with the fabulous DJ Lucy 'Elle J' Small to round off the day. Come for part, or all of the event, it's up to you!

Alongside this we will be selling snack food and soft and alcoholic drinks throughout the event.
Admission Costs: Adult (age 13 and up) £5.00 (£6.00 on the door),
Child (up to age 12) £3.00 (£4.00 on the door)

Raffle Tickets: £1.00 per ticket
Admission Tickets and Raffle Tickets* will be available to purchase from the 1st of November and can be purchased by emailing mail@thecircusproject.co.uk or on the door on the day of the event (subject to availability)

*Patrons may purchase raffle tickets even if they cannot attend the event itself.
