'Over the Rainbow' finalist Lauren Samuels is set to star in Jason Robert Brown's THE LAST FIVE YEARS at the Tabard Theatre in Chiswick.  Samuels joins Christopher Pym in the production, which is set to take place from February 9 to March 5.

THE LAST FIVE YEARS will be directed by Drew Baker, and will include musical direction by Lee Freeman. Tony Green with Dayle James Productions will produce the show.

Samuels is currently making her West End debut as 'Sandy' in GREASE at London's Piccadilly Theatre. Samuels was a finalist on the popular BBC1 show Over the Rainbow. During the series, in which Andrew Lloyd Webber searched for a leading lady to star in The Wizard of Oz, Lauren consistently wowed the judges with her stunning performances week after week. Watched by millions, she beat thousands of 'Dorothy' hopefuls to become one of the final three and after finishing the programme has gone on to pursue her lifelong ambition to perform in the West End.
