Chart toppping singers Claire Richards, Chesney Hawkes and Mark Read are joining the cast of Seasons of Love, a joyful, spectacular music and dance production poignantly portraying three love stories over the four seasons of the year and different stages of life.

Seasons of Love will get its world premiere in the West End for one night only at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane on Sunday 1 March, 2015.

Present day Ireland's beautiful scenery is the backdrop to this modern artistic interpretation of love through the seasons. Seasons of Love is an exhilarating blend of original music and songs, thrilling choreography, spectacular video projections, body mapping and hi tech visuals as it celebrates the breathless thrill of youthful encounters, the heartrending sorrow of separation, mature love lost and rekindled, and the blissful exuberance of an Irish wedding.

Claire Richards is famous from Steps, a pop group who amassed 14 consecutive Top 5 singles between 1997 and 2001. The group sold over 20 million records worldwide and In 2000 they were awarded a special Brit Award for being the Best Selling Live Act to add to their many achievements. Despite their split in the early noughties, Claire has rarely been off our TV screens, appearing on Loose Women, Celebrity Big Brother, Popstar to Operastar and her own TV series Claire Richards, Slave to Food. 2012 saw Steps reunite for a sold-out nationwide UK tour, for which Claire's heartbreaking solo performance of Celine Dion's I Surrender garnered huge critical acclaim

Chesney Hawkes was a nineties pop sensation, best known for his single The One and Only, which topped the UK singles chart, and reached the Top 10 in the US. He burst onto the music scene in 1991 at the tender age of 19. His enduring appeal has seen him grace TV screens, theatre stages, radio shows and Hollywood soundtracks for over two decades. But Chesney's true passion has always remained in music; in fact, since 2001 Chesney and his four-piece band have played over 1,000 gigs and counting!

Mark Read is a singer/songwriter best known as a member of the British-Norwegian band A1. Formed in 1998 their debut single Be The First To Believe, entered the UK singles chart at number six in mid-1999. They followed it up with a string of top 5 hits before hitting the number 1 spot with their cover of A-ha's classic Take on Me. They went on to have many International top 10 and number 1 hits including Same Old Brand New You, No More and worldwide radio smash Caught in the Middle. They achieved great success in the UK and Europe, winning countless awards, including MTV, Smash Hits, and a Brit award for Best British Breakthrough act in 2001. The band also amounted a huge following across South East Asia and Japan.

In 2014, A1 joined ITVs hugely popular show The Big Reunion, where they would reveal what really happened behind closed doors, this led to a UK arena tour in October 2014, which has reignited A1s fan base after several years away from the UK.

Outside of A1 Mark has written songs for a number of International artists including Michael Bolton, Boyzone, The Hollies, John Barrowman and Charlotte Church as well as lending his vocals and piano playing skills to numerous album projects & film soundtracks including Harry Potter and many XFactor and Britain's Got Talent winners and finalists.

As a songwriter, Mark's proudest moment to date was having a song he co-wrote, 'We Will Remember Them' chosen to be recorded by an All Star cast of artists including Michael Bolton, Robin Gibb and Paul Carrack to name a few, to raise money for Help for Heroes and Royal British Legion. Mark also performed the song to a rousing ovation at the Royal Albert Hall in 2009.

Gareth Walker (Director & Choreographer) worked on the 2012 closing ceremony for the London Olympics and Paralympics, where he was the Associate Director. He assisted Kim Gavin on Take That's The Ultimate Tour, Beautiful Worldand Circus tours. He choreographed The Brit Awards and many artist's tours including Mika's stadium tour, the STEPS reunion stadium tour and directed and choreographed the sold out Here Come The Girls, starring Lulu, Anastacia and Chaka Khan.

Mark Cunniffe (Designer) Is one of the most creative and innovative lighting and production designers working in international events and touring. He is currently Lighting and Production Designer for Brit nominee Ed Sheeran. Other stars he's designed for include Stevie Wonder, Sir Tom Jones, David Bowie, Bryan Adams, AC/DC and REM. For Madonna's MDNA world tour, he worked closely with the artist as her Lighting Director, taking the award winning show from rehearsals in New York, to a sold out tour playing four continents. He was the Lighting Director on Michael Jackson's This Is It O2 production before the star's untimely death.

Mark Leddy (Songs) is lead singer with the group Friends Of Emmet (F.O.E), who have been writing,recording & touring for the past three years.Originally from Dublin, they are now based in Los Angeles. FOE released their debut album State Of Mind in March 2014. Several tracks from the album have already been licensed to major TV dramas in the UK and the US.
