Hayes Theatre Co brings its acclaimed production of The Pirates of Penzance to the Foundry Theatre stage, directed by Richard Carroll with co-artistic director Victoria Falconer. Carroll's adaptation reimagines Gilbert & Sullivan's satirical masterwork for the 21st century, with just five actors playing every role. Original cast members Jay Laga'aia, Brittanie Shipway, and Maxwell Simon return, joined by Jonathan Holmes, Sarah Murr, and Tana Laga'aia. The production previously enjoyed a sold-out extended season at Hayes Theatre Co in 2025, as well as visits to Wyong, Wollongong, and Canberra.
