Celebrating 10 years of “high-energy, blow-out physicality,” ProArteDanza proudly presents Season 2014, featuring the Dora Award-winning ...in between..., as well as highlights from the repertoire of “the best small-scale contemporary ballet company in Canada” (Globe and Mail, 2013). Artistic Director Roberto Campanella and Artistic Associate Robert Glumbek choreograph this outstanding evening of dance, running four nights only – October 1-4 – at Harbourfront Centre’s Fleck Dance Theatre as part NextSteps.

Campanella, a former soloist with the National Ballet of Canada, brings together the worlds of both classical ballet and contemporary dance, blending beauty and all-out athleticism with an ensemble of some of Toronto’s most accomplished, critically-acclaimed dancers: Marc Cardarelli, Justin de Luna (recipient of a 2013 Professional Advancement in Dance Award at the School at Jacob’s Pillow), Tyler Gledhill (nominated for a Dora Award for Outstanding Performance), Mami Hata (nominated for a Dora Award for Outstanding Performance in an Ensemble), Kristy Kennedy, Ryan Lee (nominated for a Dora Award for Outstanding Performance in an Ensemble), Erin Poole, Anisa Tejpar.
