(09/15/2011) - Directed by Richard Eyre, PRIVATE LIVES will play at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) with previews beginning on Sunday November 6 and opening night set for Thursday November 17. The limited engagement runs through February 5 2012. Prior to Broadway, PRIVATE LIVES will play a limited run at Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre. Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross lead the production, joined by Lisa Dillon and Simon Paisley Day. Mirvish Productions released photos today of the stars in a glamorous photo shoot. Check them out below!

(08/29/2011) - On Saturday August 27, 2011, BroadwayWorld.com's CEO/Editor-in-Chief Robert Diamond, in the midst of Hurricane Irene married actress Jennifer Hallie Rosen after a 17 month engagement. The two were introduced by a friend of Rosen's, who wasn't able to make the wedding, as a result of the weather and warnings throughout all the boroughs. The BroadwayWorld.com News Desk stayed feverish all weekend while the couple said 'I Do', as news was coming fast about theatre cancellations, schedule changes and travel advisories in addition to all things that were happening in other parts of the country and the world, not affected by the Northeast's local weather.

(07/26/2011) - It's been 22 years since Dr Frank N. Furter last threw a party on the Bathurst Street Theatre stage. The doctor is due to strut his way back into the historic theatre this July in a production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. The production features the Randolph Academy College Program's Class of 2011 under the direction of Thomas Morgan Jones (The Winter's Tale-Stratford Festival), with musical direction by Jeannie Wyse (The Sound of Music-Mirvish) and choreography by Kerry Gage (Triple Sensation, Camelot-Stratford Festival).

Now in its final two weeks, it runs through to July 31 at the majestic outdoor Greek Theatre in the Guild Inn Gardens.This story of a family faced with the ultimatum of having to auction off their beloved country home in the face of social upheaval and commercial exploitation opens July 7 and runs until July 31 at the majestic outdoor Greek Theatre in the Guild Inn Gardens, the first production to be presented there in several years, directed by Guild Festival Theatre founding Artistic Director Sten Eirik.

Just this week, Hugh Jackman opened his one-man show at The Princess of Wales Theatre and Donny & Marie opened their two-week stint at the Four Seasons Performing Arts Centre, which is beautiful new venue that houses opera and ballets and has five tiers. Later this summer, Colm Wilkinson will be playing the same venue, in concert.

After a sold-out run in San Francisco, Mirvish Productions has brought Jackman's show to Toronto, which opened to rave reviews last night, July 5. The show runs through July 17. Jackman's show consists of a personal selection of his favourite musical numbers including selections from 'The Boy from Oz' and stories from his own experiences in Hollywood. (06/23/2011) - Quidam had its world premiere in Montreal under the Big Top in April 1996. Since that time, the production has toured on five continents and been experienced by millions of people. In December 2010, Quidam embarked on a new journey, performing the same captivating production, but now in arenas throughout North America and Canada.The international cast features 52 world-class acrobats, musicians, singers and characters.
