JULIE MADLY DEEPLY (North American Premiere)

Adored by millions, Dame Julie Andrews is a genuine legend of showbiz around the globe. This charming and cheeky musical show features songs from The Sound Of Music, My Fair Lady, Mary Poppins, Victor/Victoria and many more.

Direct from a sell-out West End season and UK Tour and Edinburgh Festival Editor's Award Winner, JULIE MADLY DEEPLY stars Sarah-Louise Young, a true Julie Andrews super-fan, award-winning singer, West End actress and international cabaret star. Sarah- Louise has been named by Time Out as one of London's Top Ten cabaret performers.

The brilliant songs are linked by stories and anecdotes about Andrews' own life, from her beginnings as a child star to the recent challenges of losing her famous singing voice. What emerges is a delightfully funny and candid love letter to a true show business survivor.

Producer James Seabright says, 'It has been a delight to witness this show grow from the seeds of an idea to being a sold-out West End hit, via an Australian tour and a brilliant Edinburgh Festival season. Sarah-Louise Young is a phenomenal performer with a great voice and an incredible comic ability. I can't wait to bring her show to the Mirvish's most intimate theatre, where I have previously produced Potted Potter and seen many other fantastic shows.'

Sarah-Louise Young and Michael Roulston's first show, Cabaret Whore, was Time Out Critics' Choice in 2009 and went on to win acclaim beyond the fringe from London and Brighton, via Paris to Australia. Their second show, Cabaret Whore Encore! won the Spirit of the Fringe and Three Weeks Editors Awards. Sarah-Louise has also appeared in Fascinating Aïda at the Edinburgh Fringe, in London's West End and on national tour and is a member of award-winning musical comedy improv troupe The Showstoppers, featuring in their BBC Radio 4 comedy series and in the West End. Michael Roulston has collaborated with David Hoyle, Dusty Limits, Shoo Shoo Baby and David Mills.

JULIE MADLY DEEPLY is written and performed by Sarah-Louise Young. Musical direction is by Michael Roulston. Direction is by Russell Lucas.

THE BOY WITH TAPE ON HIS FACE (Toronto Debut)

The Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner and Melbourne Comedy Festival Barry Award Nominee, this unique silent comedy phenomenon has won standing ovations across the globe, including a sold-out season in London's West End and playing for the Queen as part of the esteemed Royal Variety Performance.

'The Boy' is New Zealand's Sam Wills, whose piercing blue eyes stare out above a mouth that remains firmly sealed with gaffer tape throughout the show. Everyday objects are put to incredible new uses, with the help of genius slapstick imagination and a brilliant popular soundtrack. Each carefully prepared scene builds suspense until its hilarious and unpredictable climax... sometimes with the help of audience volunteers!

In The Boy's world of possibilities, the only certainty is laughter. That's why audiences of all ages the world over have been flocking to his shows for five years, with many compelled to return and enjoy it all over again.

A unique blend of stand-up comedy with no talking, drama with no dialogue, and punch lines without words, this global hit speaks for itself through gales of laughter.

Producer James Seabright says, 'I first attempted to see Sam's show at the Adelaide Festival in 2009 but was turned away as it had sold out. By the time I got to it in Edinburgh the following summer it was already the talk of the festival. I've seen Sam perform many times since then and never cease to be amazed by his comic invention and skill. Toronto audiences have quite a treat in store as this show is unlike anything else in the world - in a good way!'
