The opening night performance of 6th Man Collective's Monday Nights is slated for Monday, July 13 at 8 p.m. at The Theatre Centre (1115 Queen St. W.).

In the summer of 2008, five guys came to the basketball court at Queen's Quay and Bathurst. Religiously, every Monday night, they stayed until the lights turned off.

Returning to The Theatre Centre after a successful run last fall, Monday Nights is an interactive basketball and theatre performance unlike anything you've ever experienced. Part-play, part-basketball game and part-choose your own adventure, Monday Nights will get your adrenaline flowing as you get into the game.

Monday Nights can be an interactive or spectator experience. Join the team and show off your best slam dunk, or stay off the court as your team's "super-fan" cheering them on in the stands - either way, everyone is welcome. Wear your comfy shoes!

The performance runs 2 hours including intermission. For more information, visit theatrecentre.org, or follow on Facebook: The Theatre Centre and Twitter: @TheatreCentre; @6thManTheatre (Hashtag: #MondayNights).
