Bad Quarto Productions, a theatre company specializing in performing modern theatre using Shakespearean staging techniques, will open it's latest production: Anna Karenina Lives!, a new vaudeville-style musical comedy by Germaine Shames, this October 21st and 22nd at 353 W. 48th St. in Midtown Manhattan.

EPIC Players Inclusion Company (EPIC) returns with the second play of their 2017-18 season, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner. LO-FI NYC is the wild basement comedy show you've always dreamed of. With stand-up, sketches, sledgehammers and subway musicians, it's a little like The Muppet Show, but with fewer puppets and way more drinking.

The core of Armitage's work centers on a series of dance 'dreamscapes' that take the viewer on a poetic journey to evoke mysterious landscapes of reverie, dream and altered consciousness. Her latest work, Halloween Unleashed: Dancing Bones, Tasting Darkness and the Skeleton Within, is a subversive comedy designed to spook adults and families in a live action rendition of Disney's 1929 animated masterpiece, The Skeleton Dance. Combined with images from the wild, capricious street theater of Haitian carnival, Halloween Unleashed offers punk attitude and visual high-jinx, in a dance where bones dance alone, shoes fly off feet, and skeletons turn into musical instruments.

TRUMP RALLY, a new short play by writer/director Sean Pollock based on Sean Dunne's film documentary of the same name, opens on October 14 at the United Solo Theatre Festival. Actress Anna Rock molds herself into 28 different personalities depicted in the documentary TRUMP RALLY filmed at a Las Vegas Trump rally in 2016. Playwright Sean Pollock seeks to break the echo chamber in NYC and to encounter the real people depicted in TRUMP RALLY and their connections to the Trump movement.

The Chelsea Symphony, featured in the hit Amazon show Mozart in the Jungle, announces the continuation of its 2017/18 season, entitled Sea Change, with concerts on October 27 and 28.
