Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway, reports that multi award-winning stars Robert Cuccioli and Laila Robins will announce the nominees for the 2012-13 season today, April 22nd (11AM) at The Friars Club (57 East 55th Street- between Park and Madison Avenues).

The Drama League has just announced that Patina Miller and Michael Urie will co-host the announcement of the 2013 Drama League Nominees for Distinguished Production of a Play, Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award set for Tuesday morning, April 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Sardi's. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Helen Hayes' 1947 Tony Award for Best Dramatic Actress for her performance in HAPPY BIRTHDAY just sold at an auction for $37,230. Hayes' award was a silver makeup compact from Tiffany.

The Off-Broadway League today announced nominations in 14 categories and two additional special awards for the 2013 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The Lortel Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at NYU Skirball Center beginning at 7:00pm EST, and hosted by acclaimed stage and screen actors Aasif Mandvi and Maura Tierney. USA Today has just unveiled a scoop that the nominations for THE 67TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS will be announced live in the early morning hours on Tuesday, April 30 from New York City by Tony winner Sutton Foster and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
