On TODAY, six-time Emmy winner Tyne Daly says she first worked with Field a long time ago at the opening of Burt Reynolds' Jupiter Theatre in Florida, which she calls “a complete disaster” and “a bonding experience.” She says she was drawn to “My Name Is Doris” by the writing, the prospect of working with Field, and that “they gave me three of the best jokes.” She also reflects on her long career.
