Stageworks Proudly Presents Sara Ruhl’s Eurydice
Sara Ruhl has taken the tragic Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice transformed and renamed it into a bold theatrical, lush visual of soaring emotion which collides in this poignant and comic new take on the classic tale of love, betrayal and music. Ruhl, a Pulitzer prize finalist, reinvents the myth of Orpheus from the woman's view. Hip and new!
Featuring Dahlia Legault, resident artist as Eurydice and Dayton Sinkia as Orpheus.
Co-Direction by Karla Hartley and Anna Brennen.
