MOTOWN's Martina Sykes Organizes Holiday-Themed Banquet for the Homeless

Holiday heART is a day of mission for family and youth in crisis at Bethel Community Baptist Church December 16, 2016 4pm-6pm.

The heART Mission is teaming up with the Bethel Foundation, Inc. to make this event a success. The goal of Holiday heART is to feed and clothe a minimum of 80 people,provide a safe and loving environment for family/youth in crisis and homeless to eat, share laughs and feel loved during one of the hardest seasons of the year, the holidays.

To gain the maximum donations for the event. Holiday heART is seeking sponsorship from grocery stores and restaurants. Walgreens, Co. is an official sponsor providing flu shots and free giveaways. The heART Mission is also selling t-shirts through the booster campaign. The proceeds will go to the food portion of the event and excepting warm clothes and blanket donations at Bethel Community Baptist Church 2901 54th Ave. South St. Petersburg, Fl 33711. • Releasing a promotional video for web site and social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Using the hashtags #holidayheART #TheheARTMission
• Sending personal emails to potential supporters and art-related web sites(Playbill, Broadway World, Broadway Serves)

The heART Mission: is a community service-based organization designed by an artist of the Broadway community (Motown The Musical's Martina Sykes) to give back to the community through acts of service. These services include but are not limited to; clothing drives, food drives, preparing and feeding the homeless or family and youth in crisis, mentorship programs providing masterclasses and performing.
