He gives up everything to follow her. But Carmens wandering eye has already found a new lover: the dashing bullfighter Escamillo. Don Joss jealousy is fierce and Escamillos passion is strong. In a gripping finale, Carmen must face her fate.Directed by Matthew Barckay (Turandot,Tosca) The rhythms of Bizets vibrant score with are showcased by Opera Australias singers, live chamber orchestra and a chorus of children from the Parramatta Public School Choir.
