New Ghosts Theatre Company Presents UNFOLD Image

New Ghosts Theatre Company prides itself in facilitating new work, debuting the best international scripts locally and collaborating with Australia's most up and coming writers. Following the success of its sold out seasons of Paper Doll in Sydney and Perth, YEN at KXT and the launch of IGNITE Collective, New Ghosts presents UNFOLD: a new short festival at Sydney's iconic Old Fitz Theatre from the 21st - 24th August 2019.

UNFOLD will bring together playwrights, actors, directors, producers, artists and reviewers; for a series of networking events, short developments, play readings, and panel discussions, in an effort to promote the importance of new Australian work, and provide opportunities for emerging theatre makers. The festival will be a forum for sharing new ideas, making new connections, and celebrate the art of storytelling.

To increase accessibility, exposure, and support for theatre-makers as well as further engage audiences, UNFOLD will be "Pay What You Can". With an impressive line-up of programming, audiences will need to get in quick to register their interest!
