In the vibrant nightlife on underground instead Kit Kat Klub is the young star Sally Bowles on stage. In the throng of artists, performers and prostitutes are also Cliff, a young gay writer. Only here at the club, they can be themselves. It feels like the future dreams, success and fame can become a reality, even though the world around consist of violence, Nazism, harassment and poverty.
