The summer in Sweden has been warmer than ever before and it is not a lot than can make me go inside when I can spend the evening at the beach, but when Andrew Lloyd has given permission to a feminist interpretation of Jesus Christ Superstar, I thought I should check this out. It was as hot inside the Eric Ericson Hall as outside, but since I spent the past few weeks acclimatizing myself to the heat spending all days at the beach or in the lake Malaren, which is 26 degrees, that was not a problem.

Mamma Mia - Here we go again is a real feel good movie and if you loved Mamma Mia I'm sure you will love this too. The story in Mamma Mia is not that strong and the story in the sequel is weaker but it doesn't matter as it is build around the music of Abba, songs we all know and love.

A lot of people have seen Mamma Mia the movie and are looking forward to the sequel, Mamma Mia Here We Go Again. Well tonight the wait was over for some lucky fans as it was a special opening night in Stockholm at the Cinema Filmstaden Sergel. A huge crowd had gather waiting for some of the cast to attend the blue carpet prior to entering the cinema.

It is very popular so be there on time in order to get a seat. People bring hampers or buy something to eat from the food truck while they wait for the show to start.

Sharon Eyal's critically acclaimed dance piece Half Life was filmed last autumn in Virtual Reality (VR). The world premiere of this pioneering VR piece will take place at the opera house on Stockholm Culture Night, April 21, 2018. Using VR glasses, the audience will have the opportunity to look around the performance in a 3D enviroment. Private press screenings can also be arranged by appointment.
