Our Theatre Program includes classes in acting, stage management, technical theatre, design, musical theatre, directing, voiceover work, playwriting, dance and production ensemble. Our students can perform in campus stage productions and work professionally through internships with Dallas-area companies. Our interdisciplinary program allows students to participate on both sides of the curtain and gain opportunities not always available in larger programs.

Acceptance Rate:

The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Bass School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology offers a BA in Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) with a Theatre concentration, which emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and versatility, but does not have a separate, specific theatre acceptance rate.
