The University of Washington School of Drama will present Bunny,  written by Hannah Moscovitch. Directed by MFA student Ren Langer, the play spans 20  years of Bunny’s life.

BTC and Broadway stage manager and producer Cody Renard Richard has revealed the next cohort of The Cody Renard Richard Scholarship Program. The program is dedicated to building a bridge into the industry for emerging theatrical leaders of color working behind the scenes.

The University of Washington School of Drama will celebrate its 85th year of productions with an exciting 2025–2026 public season. This year’s lineup includes classic, contemporary, and original works, reimagined stories, and thought-provoking themes, staged in the Meany Studio Theatre and the Floyd and Delores Jones Playhouse at UW.

The University of Washington School of Drama has announced Dr. Scott Magelssen as its new Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Magelssen succeeds Professor Geoff Korf, who led the School from July 2020 to June 2025. Professor Korf will now serve as the School's Producing Associate Director, overseeing the production season and facilities.
