Clay Ross brings his 10th Annual Reunion Concert to two of Anderson's finest entertainment destinations in one night. Clay and his band will perform an 8pm concert at the Electric City Playhouse on Wednesday Dec. 22nd.

From December 2nd to 12th, Electric City Playhouse will present PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM. This comedy, both written and directed by local playwright Jim Rasheed, centers around four auditors at a CPA firm. An audit scandal threatens to change these characters into headline-makers. This tale of office intrigue is funny, intense, and timely. It includes a variety of office personalities, including a sultry party girl. The dialogue is sharp, witty and funny. Rasheed is President of the Foothills Writers Guild and ECP's Resident Playwright and has won critical acclaim for PROFESSIONAL SKEPTICISM's run at Center Stage in Greenville.

Anderson Rotary Club Hosts Fundraiser, 11/13

The Anderson Rotary Club will hold a fundraiser on November 13 at the Electric City Playhouse. At the the 'Child's Play' Fundraiser, local celebrities, characters and entertainers will read or perform their favorite children's books and songs to an all adult audience. Wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres will be on hand to help loosen any reserved adult sensibilities that still remain. The evening is sure to allow the mischievous side to enjoy some of the most playful literature ever conceived without the judging eyes of children. Guaranteed to be entertaining and different, this fundraiser will help to support the club's youth literacy efforts and help promote awareness of the importance of childhood literacy in our community.
