Flowertown Players Of Summerville Present One-acts, Comedy Sketches 5/28-31

By:

The Flowertown Players of Summerville conclude their 2009/2010 Stage 2 Series with an evening of entirely original short plays, one-acts and comedy sketches. All of the shows are being written and directed by local talent at the historic James F. Dean Community Theatre at 133 South Main Street.

Performances are May 28, 29 and 30 at 8:00 PM with a Sunday Matinee on May 31 at 2:00 PM. Ticket prices are $15.

The Festival was created to showcase local works and talent, specifically for the age range 18 to 21. Four main shows will be presented each evening and will include a look at what happens to fairy tale princes after the story ends, a zombie attack in the 1950's, a modern day melodrama, and a psychological thriller. In between each play will be a series of short sketches and routines.
Reservations begin May 25 with box office hours 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and one hour before each performance. For more information call 875-9251 or visit our website at: www.flowertownplayers.org.
