Third Annual RESURRECTION to Take Place at the Masque Theatre
Leilani Beer Van Rooyen and Michael Bullock are pleased to announce the return of RESURRECTION, the story of the resurrection of Jesus Christ through dance and drama, to the Masque Theatre for the third year. This retelling of the crucifixion and resurrection promises to focus the minds and hearts of audiences this Easter in a unique and powerful way.
A collaboration between The Peninsula Ballet School and Jesus Street Shows, RESURRECTION interprets biblical events from the Last Supper to the Ascension through ballet, flamenco, tap, modern dance and drama, with famous visual depictions of these events as a backdrop between scenes.
RESURRECTION runs from 12-14 April at 19:30 nightly, with two performances on 15 April at 14:00 and 18:30.
