Get Ready to Drag the Hell out of Shakespeare with MACBETH! THE ADULT PANTO at Gate69

Gate69's tantalising trio, Cathy, Holly and Molly, are ready to serve up some hocus pocus and drag the hell out of witchcraft in MACBETH! THE ADULT PANTO when the Mother City's "purple palace" serves up its festive season offering for 2017.

MACBETH! THE ADULT PANTO is not Shakespeare the way everyone remembers it. The show promises "big hair, big tits and even bigger musical numbers", with a touch of glam giving this old yarn the kiss of life that it has been aching for. This silly season send-up is very loosely based on the infamous Scottish Play, with Cathy, Holly and Molly having discovered what that dirty little Willy was really on about and dead set on sharing it with the world.

The perfect down-and-dirty romp to end off the year, MACBETH! THE ADULT PANTO features Kyle Jardine as Macbeth and Tessa Denton as Lady Macbeth.

Performances of MACBETH! THE ADULT PANTO run from 25 October through the end of the year. Tickets are available from the official Gate69 website and range in price from R450 - R595, which includes a delicious designer mezze served on a double-tiered Lazy Susan, a separate hot soup and bread service as well as a mouth-watering purple Patron soft serve ice-cream for dessert. The suggested arrival time is 18:30 for a drink in the bar, with dinner at 19:00 and the show at 20:15.
