Rahul Sharma, son of legendary Santoor player, Shiv Kumar Sharma, is a pre-eminent young instrumentalist, and the first Indian musician to record with Richard Claydarman, the French pianist, on an album called Confluence which till date is one of India’s highest selling instrumental albums. Some of Rahul’s recent works are his live recordings with the tabla wizard Zakir Hussain.
