On March 27, Raven-Symone took over the leading role of Deloris Van Cartier in Broadway's Sister Act. She is stepping into the high-heeled boots of Tony and Olivier Award nominee Patina Miller, who gave her final performance on Sunday, March 18. Sister Act, which will celebrate its one-year Anniversary on Broadway on April 20, is playing at the Broadway Theater. As announced earlier today, Raven-Symone will take over the leading role of Deloris Van Cartier in the hit Broadway musical, Sister Act, beginning performances on Tuesday, March 27. Ms. Symoné will take over the role from Tony and Olivier Award nominee Patina Miller, who will give her final performance on Sunday, March 18. The hit Broadway musical Sister Act recently partnered with God's Love We Deliver by outfitting runners for their 18th annual Race To Deliver on November 20th in Central Park. The cast of Sister Act also sang the national anthem and were involved with the official Warm-Up for the four mile run.
