Electric Owl Studios, the greenest studio on earth, opened their doors to the Broadway Green Alliance and the stars of Wicked, Olivia Valli (Elphaba) and Celia Hottenstein (Glinda), to highlight the importance of creating sustainable production practices. Valli and Hottenstein toured the Electric Owl Studios campus and along the way learned tips on ways fans can implement green practices into their everyday lives. Watch the video here!

San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders made a visit yesterday to WICKED and posed for a photo with the cast onstage as they took a break from their rehearsal schedule. He recognized Production Stage Manager and SD native Peter Van Dyke and the cast for their national efforts for equality - especially the Fundraising Benefit 'DEFYING INEQUALITY,' that took place at the BIRCH THEATRE on Monday, August 24!

Composer/lyricist Stephen Schwartz and Kerry Ellis, current star of the Broadway smash WICKED, in full costume as the show's green heroine, Elphaba, The Wicked Witch of The West, lit the Empire State Building green on Monday, October 27th. The building glowed WICKED green from dusk to midnight on Monday in honor of WICKED's 5th Anniversary Celebration.
