In 1992, Parker co-founded the production company Avenging Conscience with Matt Stone, Jason McHugh, and Ian Hardin. Their first project was the animated short Jesus vs. Frosty (1992).
In 1993, Parker wrote, directed, co-produced, and starred in the feature film Alferd Packer: The Musical, later retitled Cannibal! The Musical, which was released by Troma Entertainment in 1996.

STEPHEN OREMUS received the 2013 Tony Award for Best Orchestrations for Kinky Boots, for which he also served as Music Supervisor and Arranger. He received the 2011 Tony and Drama Desk Awards for co-orchestrating The Book of Mormon, as well as the 2012 Grammy Award for producing the cast recording.
