Their first project was the animated short Jesus vs. Frosty (1992). In 1993, Parker wrote, directed, co-produced, and starred in the feature film Alferd Packer: The Musical, later retitled Cannibal! The Musical, which was released by Troma Entertainment in 1996. In the mid-1990s, Parker and Stone created multiple television pilots and produced the industrial short Your Studio and You.
