He is the third generation of a family known for owning and operating theatres around the world as well as theatrical productions, cultural presentations and popular music attractions. Ryan Rumery

Ryan Rumery is a composer for film, television, and podcasts. He recently won the Tony Award for Best Sound Design of a Play for his work on Stereophonic. Ryan’s music is regularly heard on “This American Life” and in the film Food and Country, premiering at Sundance 2023. He is a 2017 alumnus of the Sundance Institute Music and Sound Design Lab: Documentary, and is also a music producer, music editor, and recording engineer. He plays drums and keyboards.
