From a story by Meredith Willson and Franklin LaceyYou don't want to miss meeting the fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill (starring Marriott favorite Bernie Yvon), as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boy's band he vows to organize - despite the fact he doesn't know a trombone from a treble clef.
