The Muny has selected the seven teams of directors, choreographers, music directors and lead designers whose creative visions will shape the Tony Award-winning theatre’s 2026 season in Forest Park.

Wigmore Hall celebrates the 2022 Holiday Season with five Christmas concerts performed by leading choirs and ensembles in the UK and Europe. 

Vilna, a new play by Ira Fuchs directed by Joseph Discher, will begin its limited Off-Broadway World Premiere engagement at the Theatre at St. Clement's (423 West 46th Street, between Ninth & Tenth Avenues) tonight Monday March 11th.  Opening Night is set for Wednesday March 20th (7pm). This limited Off-Broadway engagement will continue through Sunday April 14th only.

The 2018-2019 Hoff-Barthelson Music School Master Class Series commences this March with world-renowned musicians pianist Jerome Lowenthal, Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 2:00 pm; cellist Natasha Brofsky, Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 7:30 pm; and violinist Daniel Phillips, Saturday, March 23, 2:00 pm. The classes, open to the public to observe free of charge, are held at Hoff-Barthelson Music School, 25 School Lane, Scarsdale. Abingdon Theatre Company (Tony Speciale, Artistic Director; Denise Dickens, Producing Director) has announced casting for the first production of its 25th Anniversary main stage season, The Gentleman Caller, a new play by Philip Dawkins (Charm, Le Switch, The Homosexuals).

According to the New York Times, Tony and Emmy Award-winning star of the stage and screen, Nanette Fabray passed away yesterday at her California home. She was 97 years old.

In the first program, Mr. van Zweden will conduct Mozart's Sinfonia concertante for Violin and Viola, featuring Acting Concertmaster Sheryl Staples and Principal Viola Cynthia Phelps, and Shostakovich's Symphony No. 8, tonight, November 20, 2014, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, November 21 at 2:00 p.m.; and Saturday, November 22 at 8:00 p.m.
