Stella Abrera and Misty Copeland have been promoted to the rank of Principal Dancer with American Ballet Theatre and Skylar Brandt, Thomas Forster, Arron Scott and Cassandra Trenary have been promoted to Soloist effective August 1, 2015. In addition, Maria Kochetkova, a principal dancer with San Francisco Ballet and Alban Lendorf, a principal dancer with Royal Danish Ballet will join the Company as Principal Dancers and Jeffrey Cirio, a principal dancer with Boston Ballet, will join ABT as a Soloist, it was announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie.

The series continues with 'Style Setters' on July 10. Enjoy a glass of wine and join fashion veterans as they discuss their inspiration, ideas, and iconic career moments. The third event will be 'Design in Mind' on August 21 with interior design experts. The series is sponsored by Harbor's Edge Condominiums. The events will be moderated by Samantha Yanks, Editor-in-Chief, Hamptons magazine. All events start at 5 pm. Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts announces upcoming shows and series confirmed to date for the 2015-2016 season. The Dr. Phillips Center's anchor season of Broadway Across America and the resident companies of the Orlando Ballet and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra will be joined by new series and festivals including the Morgan Stanley Jazz at Dr. Phillips Center subscription series, a Flamenco festival and a Chefs at the Dr. Phillips Center series.

Shakespeare Royal Oak's 3rd Show: Romeo And Juliet August 7-8 (ROYAL OAK MI) Water Works Theatre Company announces the schedule and casts for its 15th annual outdoor summer theatre festival, Shakespeare Royal Oak. The festival begins July 27 in Royal Oak's Starr Jaycee Park and continues through Sunday, August 9. Since 2001, Kingsbury Hall Presents has offered an eclectic season of performing artists at Kingsbury Hall on the University of Utah campus. As part of an expanded mission that reaches beyond the boundaries of the Kingsbury Hall stage into other venues and spaces on campus and in the community, the performing arts series has become UtahPresents. This evolution and expansion will infuse the campus and community with unique arts experiences through both live performances and community engagement activities.

From 1AM-2AM, THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN (Adj Avg. 2.5/10) scored a new all-time high local rating, up +79% from last week (1.4/05) and +150% from last year (1.0/03).

This month, the Museum of Arts and Design is pleased to present The Director Must Not Be Credited: 20 Years of Dogme 95, a cinema series exploring the enduring legacy of the game-changing film movement. Premiering tonight, March 13, 2015, the twentieth anniversary of Danish filmmakers Lars von Trier and Thomas Vinterberg's revolutionary manifesto, the series features nine, rarely screened films recognized by the Dogme 95 committee --many of which never received US distributions. Together, these films highlight the growth of Dogme 95 into a worldwide movement that spanned genres and forever changed the ways in which narrative feature films are made.

The Old Globe's West Coast Premiere of The Twenty-seventh Man by award-winning novelist Nathan Englander, directed by Globe Artistic Director Barry Edelstein, will now play an extra week of performances -- through March 22 -- due to ticket demand for the originally announced run. Tony and Emmy Award winner Hal Linden ("Barney Miller," The Rothschilds) leads a cast of Broadway and Globe veterans including Ron Orbach, Robert Dorfman, Eli Gelb, James Shanklin, and Lowell Byers. The Twenty-seventh Man will run February 14 through March 22 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run February 14-18. Opening night is Thursday, February 19 at 8:00 p.m.
