Stephen Petronio Company returns to The Joyce Theater with a highly anticipated second season of BLOODLINES, a multiyear project that embraces significant works by inspirational trailblazers of American postmodern dance.

World Music Institute has long been heralded for its spectacular flamenco presentations that showcase the form's essence and authenticity. After a three-year hiatus, flamenco makes a triumphant return to World Music Institute with Festival Ay! Mas Flamenco -- four wide-ranging evenings of world-class dance featuring the avant-garde flair of Quebec's La Otra Orilla, the purity of Spain's eminent solo traditionalists La Lupi and Joaquin Grilo, and the exciting and renowned dancer-singer duo of wife-and-husband Sonia Olla and Ismael Fernandez -- from March 3-6, 2016.

Justin Vivian Bond. Taking place between July 1 and August 14 in the Frank Gehry-designed Richard B. This uproarious new 'translaptation' of a classic French farce, Alexis Piron's La Metromanie, will be directed by one of America's most renowned stage directors, Michael Kahn, presented in association with Shakespeare Theatre Company.

The Old Globe today announced the complete cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of THE METROMANIACS by supremely clever playwright David Ives (All in the Timing, Time Flies). Usually, the shows are a virtual musical theatre master class with a local slate of triple threats. This time is no exception but THE 70s SONGBOOK is a slightly different show, just as the decade was a slightly different musical theatre experience. Cue the Disco beat. (Or maybe not!)

Two theatres in their first year of Equity eligibility received the most awards at the gala 47th Annual Equity Jeff Awards held at Drury Lane Oakbrook on Monday, October 5, which celebrated a season of outstanding productions.
