Westport Country Playhouse's five-play 2013 season will open with A.R. Gurney's 'The Dining Room,' a witty and heartfelt story of the American family and its vanishing traditions, directed by Mark Lamos, April 30 - May 18. This year the historic Connecticut theater celebrates its 83rd season.

A May Sky Picture has announced the workshop production of Schuyler Iona Press' WHAT I'M FAILING TO LEARN, choreography by Joel Hanna, music arranged by Jeb Patton, co-directed by Darren Press, written and directed by C. Fraser Press. WHAT I'M FAILING TO LEARN will play a limited engagement at Off-Broadway's 13th Street Rep (50 West 13th Street, NYC). The Neo-Futurists announce their 2013-14 season to include Sweet Child of Mine, created by Bron Batten and presented in collaboration with The Last Tuesday Society (Australia), The Sovereign Statement by Bilal Dardai, and Haymaker by Trevor Dawkins. Also on the books is another great year of the smash hit, Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind.

It appears as if Christina Ricci might be waking up from her COMA earlier than expected. According to Deadline, Ricci has officially dropped out of NBC's drama pilot GIRLFRIEND IN A COMA, following the project's very first table read.

The 2013-2014 season of Washington National Opera (WNO) has just been announced by Artistic Director Francesca Zambello. The season includes Tristan and Isolde, a new production of The Force of Destiny, the East Coast premiere of Moby-Dick, The Elixir of Love, and a new production of The Magic Flute. WNO will also present the world premiere of The Lion, The Unicorn, and Me, a holiday-themed family opera commissioned by WNO and written by acclaimed American composer Jeanine Tesori. A second season of the American Opera Initiative will continue WNO's efforts to commission new American works.

Season four of Disney Channel's hit family comedy 'Good Luck Charlie' premieres SUNDAY, APRIL 28 (7:30-8:00 p.m., ET/PT) with a special performance by Disney's The Muppets. Guest stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Animal join series stars Bridgit Mendler and Leigh-Allyn Baker to perform a show-stopping, Muppet-ational original song.
