Today the Tricycle Theatre announces initial programming for its fourth Takeover. Six venues across the borough will host more than 25 free events, screenings, performances and masterclasses across a 13 day period in April. At age 11, she made her television debut singing on her mother's series, 'The Judy Garland Show.' At 16, already a seasoned performer, she shared the bill with her mother on Broadway in a month long concert engagement at New York's Palace Theater.

The venerable Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, celebrating its 175th anniversary this season, returns to Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage for three concerts, each featuring a work by Schubert, conducted by Franz Welser-Most February 24-26.

When an injured reindeer appears in a young girl's backyard, it sets the stage for a story filled with heart and hope in the new stage adaptation of the film Prancer, making its world debut on The Rose stage. The show, which opens Today, Nov. 25 and runs through Dec. 18, 2016, will showcase breathtaking puppetry and a heartwarming story to bring light to the holiday season. 

Laura Osnes' journey to Broadway was anything but ordinary. Having competed on the reality series GREASE: YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT, she went on to win and make her Great White Way debut as a brunette Sandy in 2007. She proceeded to make craterous impressions on Broadway, replacing Kelli O'Hara in Lincoln Center's SOUTH PACIFIC, as well as originating the role of Bonnie in BONNIE & CLYDE, earning the first of her Tony nominations, followed by the titular Cinderella in Broadway's first production of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic, for which she earned her second. Osnes will return to Feinstein's/54 Below on November 27, kicking off a string of four shows in which she travels down the roads that might have been, performing songs from roles she nearly booked but, for one reason or another, never came to be.
