For Ben Fankhauser, life is 'Beautiful.' He's about to celebrate his one-year anniversary touring in that Broadway bio musical about Carole King. It showcases Abby Mueller, the sister of its original Tony-winning star, Jessie Mueller. In 'Beautiful,' Fankhauser plays Barry Mann, who teamed up with Cynthia Weil to co-write top pop hits like 'On Broadway' and 'You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling.'

Playwrights Horizons has announced complete casting for A LIFE, the world premiere of a new play by Obie Award winner Adam Bock (A Small Fire and The Drunken City at Playwrights, The Receptionist, The Thugs, Swimming in the Shallows). Following its initial casting announcement in April, The Muny announced today additional principal cast members for its spectacular 98th season.
