This spring, Will Act For Food will be bringing Ten Unknowns, by Jon Robin Baitz, to life for the first time on a Chicago stage. WAFF Executive Director Scott Pasko directs, and the play will feature all original oil paintings by Andrew Jordan.

Laughter will fill the Briggs Opera House in White River Junction as Northern Stage's presents the Off-Broadway smash Greater Tuna. This madcap romp features two veteran Northern Stage actors, Scott Cote (Beauty & the Beast, Cabaret, Moon Over Buffalo) and Kevin Loreque (I Am My Own Wife, The Full Monty, CATS, The Elephant Man, Cabaret,) playing 19 characters-men, women, even Yippy the dog-in 90 minutes. With 15-second costume changes and rapid-fire humor, this promises to be an audience favorite.

On, Wednesday, April 21, 2010, the Downtown Urban Theater Festival (DUTF) returns for an 8th season, presenting 12 new theatrical works, for the first time at the historic Theater For The New City in East Village, Manhattan. A highlight of the festival will be a theatrical preview of Lessons on the A Train, a new off-Broadway musical under development by DUTF and directed by Reg E. The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) and Kellner-Avery Productions announce the addition of 2 performances to the World Premiere production of HURRICANE. This epic new musical takes an all-but-forgotten moment in history and brings it to life with the largest cast in NYMF history, 30 in all. Directed by Michael Bush, HURICANE features a book by Michael Holland and Eric Bernat, and music and lyrics by Michael Holland. After selling out its initial run, two performances have been added: Fri. Oct. 9 at 5pm and Tues. Oct. 13 at 5pm. A complete schedule is below.
