The world premiere production of the brand new musical comedy Bullets Over Broadway, written by Woody Allen and based on the screenplay by Allen and Douglas McGrath for the 1994 film, will begin preview performances tomorrow, March 11 and officially open Thursday, April 10, 2014 at The St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). On New Year's Eve, Tuesday 12/31 at 10pm, get swept up in a world where singers enchant, flappers flirt and dancers dazzle during a special night of live music, dance and cocktails. Located at STAGE 72 on the Upper West Side with host 'Official Hank' Stampfl, Speakeasy Moderne will feature an intoxicating blend of Jazz Age Manhattan, vaudeville, cabaret and a touch of burlesque. As the clock ticks closer to midnight, Speakeasy Moderne will also join the Times Square revelers (in spirit) with a live big screen screening of the ball drop and glasses of bubbly for all.
