Washington National Opera (WNO) named bass-baritone Ryan Speedo Green as the 2018 recipient earlier this year and is pleased to present him in concert today, October 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater. OBERON, the American Repertory Theater's (A.R.T.) second stage and club theater venue on the fringe of Harvard Square, announces events to be presented at OBERON during November and December - including OBERON Presents, Visiting Artists, and Usual Suspects.

How do you tell if a musical is a success? The answer is easy, it is a success when at intermission, you walk into the restroom, one person is whistling, and two are humming songs from the show. Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) announces Bucks County's own John Augustine to return (The Hummingbird's Tour, 2014, Director) to the Bucks County Playhouse stage as 'Larry' in Stephen Sondheim's COMPANY, running May 29-June 21. Augustine will play alongside Broadway's Candy Buckley (Scandalous, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Cabaret) as 'Joanne'.

The CAPA Summer Movie Series, the longest-running classic film series in America, begins its 45th season at the historic Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) on Friday, June 5, with the Alfred HITCHCOCK classic, Notorious (1946) starring Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman. Hitchcock's censor-skirting action adventure will have four showings over the weekend to kick off the nine-week Series.
